    Dear ONE Friends,

You are warmly invited to participate in the Social Issues in Management (SIM) Division’s upcoming workshops on "Reviewing Best Practices: Crafting Reviews We Would Appreciate Receiving!"

Please join featured experts – Jill Brown, Maoliang Bu, Arno Kourula, and Kathleen Rehbein – and recent SIM Program Chairs (Colin Higgins, Cristina Neesham, Michelle Westermann-Behaylo, and Erica Steckler) to hone your reviewing skills.

These workshops are scheduled to directly support reviewing contributions for AOM 2024.

**In addition to the reviewing you do for ONE, please consider signing up to review for SIM! It's not too late – the AOM Reviewer Center is open (https://aom.org/events/annual-meeting/reviewing) – and SIM needs more help!!

The workshop will be held on two dates in January to be as accessible as possible to participants around the globe:

    1. January 25th: At 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. GMT / 7p.m. CET / 8 p.m. SAST / 11:30 p.m. IST / 7 a.m. NZDT (January 26th). Please register in advance via: https://bit.ly/simrev1

    2. January 30th: At 9 a.m. GMT / 10 a.m. CET / 11 a.m. SAST / 2:30 p.m. IST / 5 p.m. SGT. Please register in advance via: https://bit.ly/simrev2

We have organised these hour-long sessions to share best practices for crafting developmental reviews and to preview what to expect in the AOM review process. We’re confident that the reviewing insights and coaching to be gained from the workshops will be beneficial well beyond AOM.

This online set of events is open to all friends of SIM!

We look forward to seeing many of you online at these workshops in January.

Cheers on behalf of the SIM Governance Committee!
