We are delighted to inform you that Management Decision has released a call for papers on "Governance, Accountability, and Sustainable Development Goals." 

The submission window for manuscripts opens on January 1, 2024, and closes on April 1, 2024. 

In recent years, there has been a growing recognition of the critical role that governance mechanisms and accounting practices play in shaping corporate sustainability efforts. As the 17th Sustainable Development Goal highlights the importance of partnerships, it becomes essential to understand how firms define, construct, and implement sustainability at both a corporate level and through their collaborative endeavors.

We invite you to submit papers that shed light on the intersection of governance, accountability, and sustainable development goals. Whether you explore the role of corporate boards in driving sustainability initiatives, analyze the effectiveness of accountability mechanisms in achieving sustainable outcomes, or investigate the challenges and opportunities associated with sustainability partnerships, your research can contribute to advancing our understanding of this critical area.
