I am looking for material on company level engagement with the environmental dimensions of digital technology and digitalization. I am well acquainted with the broad literature on environmental assessment of digitalization and I have no difficulty finding flattering/promotional/enthusiastic descriptions of firm development or use of digital technology. What I can't find are articles, case studies, or detailed news stories that
dispassionately describe how firms address the complex environmental dimensions of digitalization (of any type) including successes, failures, environmental benefits and/or impacts. While I am specifically seeking to find thoughtful and non-promotional discussions, I am quite open regarding the technology--AI, IoT, blockchain, e-commerce, digital sharing platforms, big data, digital twins, etc.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
