    Dear ONE colleagues,

Do you have a draft paper in the Social Issues in Management (SIM) field that would benefit from an in-depth developmental review by a leading scholar in the subject? If so, please consider submitting to the SIM Research Development Workshop! This SIM-signature workshop brings together SIM researchers to prepare manuscripts for submission to high quality management journals. Participants exchange ideas and receive feedback, in a collaborative fashion.<u1:p></u1:p>

Each accepted participant will be paired with an experienced scholar to explore how your manuscript-in-progress might be refined to achieve publication in your target journal(s) in an in-person session during the AOM annual meeting. Confirmed mentors include:<u1:p></u1:p><u1:p> </u1:p>

    ·     Submissions should be 40 pages at maximum, including references, tables, figures, etc.

    ·     Both theoretical and empirical papers are eligible.

    ·     You may send a paper that is being presented at AOM or another conference, but not a manuscript that is currently under review at a journal.
