We are inviting applications for two fully-funded PhD positions in the Doctorat en Administration des Affaires program at the Université du Québec à Trois‑Rivières (Canada). The appointees will be an integral part of the MATTER (Material Agency Through Transdisciplinary Entrepreneurship Research) Lab to investigate how businesses mobilize matter to advance sustainability transformations. Postdoctoral fellowship on SMEs in sustainability transformations
We are inviting applications for a one-year postdoctoral fellowship (with the possibility of renewal for up to three years, depending on funding availability) hosted by the MATTER Lab at the Université du Québec à Trois‑Rivières (Canada). The appointee will explore the deep entanglement of SMEs with their material surroundings and how intra-actions between these organizations and their environment reconfigure materials, products, and production systems in processes of sustainability change. The postdoctoral fellow will play a central role in shaping research directions, fostering collaborations with partner organizations, and carrying out rigorous, high‑quality empirical work.
