The Social Issues Management and Organizations and the Natural Environment (ONE) divisions invite applications for the 2026 SIM–ONE Junior Faculty Consortium (JFC), a full-day, in-person professional development experience at AOM 2026 in Philadelphia.
If you are an early-career faculty member or postdoc conducting research on social and/or environmental issues in management, this is a great opportunity to receive in-depth feedback, build a mentoring community, and connect with peers across institutions and countries.

👩🎓 Who should apply?
• Within 5 years of first faculty appointment, or currently a postdoc
• Actively engaged in SIM and/or ONE-related research
Now, all we need is you! We encourage you to apply early because the event is oversubscribed each year. We also invite deans, department chairs, and other senior or junior faculty members to nominate their colleagues.

- Brief motivation letter (please indicate your primary AOM division and 3–5 keywords representing your research interests)
- A working manuscript (<35 pages) that you are preparing for publication (sole-authored or co-authored paper you lead; not already accepted or published)

NOTE: SIM and ONE may offer a limited number of travel grants for members who do not receive support from their home institutions. Travel funding is not guaranteed. If you would like to be considered, please indicate in your application: (1) that you are requesting a travel grant, (2) whether you are applying through SIM or ONE, and (3) that your home institution cannot provide support. Applicants will be notified of the outcome when PDW decisions are released.
