    Good Morning All,

If you are researching nature and management (work, workers, workplace, etc.) and would like to present your work as part of a symposium at the upcoming AOM 2026 conference -- please feel warmly invited to reach out (iosideri@ncsu.edu) -- we are looking to fill additional presenter slots in our symposium!

Participate in the 4th Annual Biophilia Effect Symposium

We are currently seeking scholars interested in sharing their research and discussing the nexus of nature and the workplace (broadly defined) at next year's AOM2026 conference in Philadelphia, PA, USA (July 31 to August 4, 2026).

Exploring the Nexus of Nature & Work

This session brings together scholars to discuss topics and share research on nature and work (including biophilic office design, veterinary work, perceptions of corporate greenwashing, pets in the office, natural building materials, and more). If your work falls at the nexus of nature and work, then this is the session for you!

The Session is a Presenter Symposium

A presenter symposium involves a series of authored papers on a preset theme (nature). The core "ask" for this type of session is an approximately ~5-page extended abstract for an ongoing (non-published) piece of research, broadly on nature contact and/or biophilic design in the workplace and/or management.

Conference Submission Deadline is January 13th

I ask that any/all interested researchers contact me ASAP (iosideri@ncsu.edu) if you are interested in participating this year (and perhaps in snagging the one-of-a-kind custom-made 'year 4' enamel pin for presenters)! Looking forward to seeing everyone in Philadelphia in July/August!

    Very Respectfully,
    Ian Obus Siderits
