    Dear colleagues,

We are writing to recruit roundtable facilitators for our Professional Development Workshop at the upcoming Academy of Management Annual Meeting, titled "A Window into Relational Thinking: Cross-Boundary Collaboration in Social Network Research."

This PDW brings together scholars across domains to explore how relational and network perspectives can inform interdisciplinary research and generate new collaborations. The session features a distinguished panel of scholars and editors, including Zhen Zhang (Southern Methodist U), Ned Wellman (Arizona State U), Theresa Floyd (U of Montana), Kristin Cullen-Lester (U of Mississippi), Dorothy Carter (Michigan State U), and Jessica Methot (Rutgers U). Drawing on their research and editorial experience, the panel will share insights on cross-boundary collaboration, methodological integration, and positioning network-informed work for publication.

A central component of the PDW is a set of structured roundtable discussions designed to move participants from initial ideas to concrete research directions and follow-up collaboration plans. To support this, we are inviting network scholars-particularly advanced PhD students, postdoctoral fellows, and early-career faculty-to serve as facilitators.

Facilitators will help guide conversations across disciplinary boundaries, bring a relational lens to emerging ideas, and support participants in identifying actionable next steps. This is an opportunity to engage with a diverse group of scholars, contribute to an innovative PDW format, and build meaningful research connections.

We will use responses to match facilitators with discussion topics. As spaces are limited, we will follow up with selected facilitators as we finalize the session.
