You are cordially invited to a PDW on sustainable enterprise. This PDW will host a dialogue on sustainable enterprise by raising some important questions that scholars have confronted, or may confront in future as they plan their conceptual or empirical research. Our core panelist will share their knowledge and research experience on study of sustainable enterprises.
The workshop has been designed in such a manner that it will address questions related to understanding newly formed, restructured and well established enterprises. It will address all the three pillars of sustainable development - environment, economy and equity. It will also host dialogue on sustainable enterprise development in traditional "developed country" markets, as well as the "Base-of-the-Pyramid" (BoP) markets.
Core panel members
- Dr. Mark Starik [George Washington University] and Dr. Gordon Rands [Western Illinois University]: They will share their knowledge on what it takes for a university to become a sustainable enterprise, and raise some of the questions that we need to ask when trying to change a well established organization to a sustainable enterprise.
