Cap and trade computer simulation

    Greetings,

     

    I hope all is well.  Would anyone be willing to recommend a cap and trade computer simulation for MBA or undergraduate strategy class?  NPR described one at Berkley by Severin Borenstein and Jim Bushnell.  Has anyone used that one?  I would be glad to summarize the chat.  Thank you, Charlie for helping already...
