    Dear all

We are designing a course of "Corporate Sustainability" for the students of Master Research in management (a master leading to PhD in management). It is a research oriented course whose objective is to acquaint the students with the different research approaches, prevailing school of thoughts, and prominent theories related to Corporate Sustainability and CSR. After this course, students will be able to develop a research problem in CSR/corporate sustainability research.

    1.  If you are teaching such a course, please share your course outlines

    2.  Please suggest us sustainability related theories with the related articles. For example

    a.  Campbell (2007) for Institutional theory

    b.  Stakeholder theory  freeman 1984

    c.  Basu and Palazzo (2008) for Process view of CSR Sensemaking,

    d.  McCarthy and Puffer (2008) for the social contract theory,

    e.  Scherrer et Palazzo (2007) for the critical theory

    f.  The economics of conventions Philippe Batifoulier 2001

    3.  Please suggest us other seminal articles/papers that you deem necessary for this course.

    Thanking in anticipation.

    Best Regards
