PostDoc Position at ETH ZURICH
The Chair of Sustainability and Technology within the Department of Management, Technology, and Economics of ETH Zurich investigates organizational responses to environmental challenges from an integrated technology, management, and policy perspective. Our main empirical fields are energy technologies and climate change. To strengthen our team, we are now looking for another Postdoctoral/Senior Researcher.
The successful candidate is expected to conduct research on either management strategies in the context of technology and innovation (e.g., based on the resource-based view or institutional theory) or technological change (e.g., from a systems or policy perspective on innovation).
You hold a PhD in a management related field and have a clear aspiration to pursue an academic career, as documented by your publications. In addition, your previous interest in business strategies and/or technologies related to sustainability in general, climate change, or energy issues is valuable to us.
We offer an entrepreneurial research atmosphere within a dynamic team at a leading academic institution. We also offer national and international development opportunities through several collaborations within academia and with industry as well as a competitive salary and an attractive location. The starting date is negotiable.
