Dear Colleagues,
I am writing to share a unique opportunity. The Network for Business Sustainability is convening the leaders of global business sustainability centres in London, Canada from
April 16-18, 2012.
We have a limited number of seats remaining.
This workshop titled,
Improving the Global Reach and Impact of Sustainability Centres,
will involve about 50 representatives of business school sustainability centres from around the world. Its objectives include:
·
improve sustainability centres' joint and individual impact (both research and outreach)
·
find efficiencies
·
increase research capacity
·
identify partnership opportunities
Please see our latest agenda here:
http://nbs.net/wp-content/uploads/Putting-Sustainability-into-Business-Practice-Agenda.pdf
If you are leading a centre and would like to attend this workshop please send a summary (max 500-words) describing the research, teaching, and/or outreach activities of your centre to Bushra Tobah (
btobah@nbs.net
).
While all requests will be considered, we are prioritizing applications from underrepresented areas (Asia, South and Central America, South Pacific, and Africa)
There is no registration fee and there are a limited number of bursaries available to cover all local expenses.
We hope you'll join us in London, Canada this April. We truly believe this event will help us create significant change together.
Sincerely,
Dr. Tima Bansal
