I am working on an undergrad class called "creating sustainable goods and services." The class has a supply chain focus. I don't have a lot of knowledge when it comes to the social side of business sustainability (as opposed to the environmental and financial sides). I am trying to get the lay of the land as well as some readings for each of the major elements of the landscape. So a question for the group:
What are the 4 to 6 major topics that I should cover and can you suggest a case, article and/or exercise for each of the topics?
I'd really appreciate any help folks can provide.
