Dear Colleagues,
I hope you enjoyed the wonderful AOM meeting.
I am new to the Organizations and The Natural Environment division. Recently I have involved a research project on green innovation and embeded sustainability. I am interested in exploring how company's green strategy, policy, and leadership influence individual performance and attitudes, such as employee's green attitute, innovativeness, and satification. I also need firm level's green related performance measurment such as sustainability. I am wondering if you may help me to identify these well-accepted measurements. Any comments or suggestions are highly appreciated!
