This professional development workshop is a continuation of the last three years of successful experiences: "Future Research Paths for Green International Management Studies" in 2009, "A Passion for Sustainability: A Continuance of Scholarship" in 2010 and "A Passion for Sustainability in Management Education" in 2011. This year, we shift our focus from research and teaching to the practitioner side of Corporate Sustainability. The aim of this proposed PDW is to develop guidelines for Corporate Sustainability Audits and consider the impact of physical work environment on employee behavior. In the first part of the workshop participants will work in their subgroups to develop guidelines to audit the different dimensions of sustainability. Draft guidelines will be presented to the group. In the last part of the workshop, participants will consider the design of integrated workplace interventions to encourage more sustainable employee behavior. Through activities led by an international and interdisciplinary panel of leading researchers in this field participants will consider the design of workplace interventions in general, the effect of the physical environment on employees' behaviors and the opportunity to develop integrated interventions.
