These positions are for a three-year term, renewable upon review for successive three-year terms. There is no restriction on fields of specialization. Responsibilities include teaching two courses each semester; advising capstone projects; supporting the development of Bard's unique business curriculum with a focus on sustainability; and maintaining a record of scholarly research and professional engagement appropriate to a graduate program in business.Bard's MBA program has a low residency structure. Faculty members teach courses during monthly four-day intensives in New York City, complemented by on-line sessions. MBA faculty are expected to be on Bard's Annandale-on-Hudson campus, ninety miles north of New York City, two days per week.These positions require completion of a terminal degree (Ph.D. or J.D.) by time of hire.
