    Dear ONE Colleagues,

    Our Horizon is an organization started by Robert Shirkey who I met here recently in Toronto, Canada. He has started an initiative to begin labeling gas pump nozzles (at gas stations) with warning labels, similar to the way we have put warning labels on cigarette packages. You will find more information at the following website: http://ourhorizon.org/.

    I have just told him to add my name to his list of academic endorsers that you can find at the following website: http://ourhorizon.org/academic-endorsements/. He would like us to endorse the following statement:

    "Our burning of fossil fuels contributes to climate change.  We support the idea of putting warning labels on gas pump nozzles."

    This is one of the initiatives he says that will help him get the labeling passed into law...he is a lawyer.
