DESCRIPTION: The E. Philip Saunders College of Business invites
applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant or
Associate level in Management. Candidates should hold a Ph.D. or D.B.A.
from an AACSB accredited institution. Responsibilities include teaching
graduate and undergraduate courses and conducting scholarly research in
the areas of organizational behavior. Additional teaching areas may
include leadership, creativity, innovation and organizational change.
The Saunders College values collegial individuals who are excellent

works closely with the business community that affords research and
professional opportunities. The typical teaching schedule is two
undergraduate or graduate courses per quarter. We are seeking

QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED: Qualified candidates should hold a Ph.D. or D.B.A in
Management or Organizational Behavior from an AACSB accredited
institution.
For rank of Assistant Professor, candidates may be ABD with expected
completion by December 2009. Candidates should have strong research
skills and potential for scholarly research as demonstrated by
presentations in academic conferences or publications in peer reviewed
journals. Candidates should also have a demonstrated ability to teach.
For rank of Associate Professor, candidates must have a strong track as
well as evidence of teaching excellence. Additionally, candidates must
have strong service experience.
JOB 1 - PREFERRED: Preference will be given to candidates with
demonstrated emphasis in the areas of creativity, innovation and
organizational change. Additional preferred characteristics include
excellent communication skills and industry experience.
JOB 2 - PREFERRED Preference will be given to candidates with
demonstrated emphasis in the areas of International Management.
Additional preferred characteristics include excellent communication
skills and industry experience.
