    Hi Folks,

     

    I wanted to take a minute and let you know about an upcoming web-conference that the Aspen Institute Center for Business Education (CBE) is hosting exclusively for faculty.  

     

    ¨      When: Tuesday, August 12th, 2008. 1:00pm-1:30pm (Eastern Standard Time)

     

    ¨      What:  A short tutorial of CasePlace.org, the leading MBA teaching resource for teaching cases and related materials that consider environmental and social issues within the core curriculum; Q & A / Discussion session; A very brief introduction to CBE's additional resources and just released studies and reports, including:

    o       Where Will They Lead 2008? A New Round of MBA Student Attitudes Research (http://www.aspencbe.org/teaching/Student_Attitudes.html)

    o       The Aspen Institute Guide to Socially Responsible MBA Programs 2008-2009 (http://www.aspencbe.org/teaching/MBA_Guide.html)

     

    ¨      For Who: MBA Faculty or other Faculty

     

    ¨      Hosted By: Aspen Institute Center for Business Education Staff

     

    ¨      Where: Email Alex Roberts at Alex.Roberts@aspeninstitute.org to RSVP and receive the log-in information

     

     

    The web-conference will be quite brief and run through a handful of quality resources that you might find very useful throughout the upcoming semester.

    Alex,

    Many of us will be at the Academy of Management meeting at that time and in sessions.  Any chance the web conference in some brief form will be posted to the web afterwards for external viewing?
