and leadership. The Professorship offers a unique opportunity for an established academic to define and
research cutting-edge themes in the field and build a new group around those themes through an allocated
Post-Doctoral Fellowship and further Lecturer appointments.

The School is making a major investment in the area of public services and management through the
introduction of a new Master of Public Administration and a proposed Institute for Public Service.
These two positions will make a major contribution towards the planning and teaching on the MPA degree
which will be launched in September 2013.
