If you know of an established measure of non-workplace based environmental behaviors, we would appreciate it if you could point us to it.
We are working on a study that includes looking at how employees demonstrate their values concerning protecting the environment in their lives outside of the workplace. We would appreciate the sharing of any established, comprehensive measures of the behaviors that people can display that in their community and daily lives that express concern for the environment (or not), including personal actions such as recycling, and also community activism, eco-innovation, etc. While we are conducting a search for such a measure, we want to ensure we have considered all relevant measures.
