    Greetings ONE Members and Friends:

It was wonderful to come together in Vancouver to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Academy of Management Organizations and the Natural Environment Division  - ONE. We had a fantastic program, with a mix of old and new, great on- and off-site activities, all in an incredible setting with many memorable moments, including our impressive plenary, wonderful social with First Nations dancers, and stimulating regular and PDW sessions.

Thanks especially to our outgoing chair Alberto Aragon-Correa, who has led us ably over the past year; Program Chair Dev Jennings who assembled a terrific program; Glen Dowell, who oversaw our PDWs, a number of which were held in the beautiful Simon Fraser Segal Building; Patricia Kanashiro, who has done a fantastic job managing our budget; and Stephanie Bertels, who made all of the arrangements to allow us to use the Segal facility for our Doctoral and Junior Faculty Consortia and our magnificent social.  Sincere appreciation also to Natalia Vidal who led the joint ONE/SIM Junior Faculty Consortium on our side, and Adam Fremeth, who organized the PhD consortium, as well as all the faculty who volunteered their time to work with early stage faculty and doctoral students.  And kudos again to Dev, Andy Hoffman, Mark Starik and our featured speaker, James MacKinnon, for making the Plenary a very special one. Finally, thanks to our fantastic teams and their members (all of which are listed on the AOM ONE website) and to you - our members and friends - for making our time in Vancouver unforgettable and for ensuring ONE remains the vibrant and dynamic community that it is.

Whether you were able to join us in Vancouver or not, we are eager to continue to engage you in the next 20 years of ONE.  This engagement can include a myriad of activities and involvement, from serving formally on one of our teams; to contributing to our newsletter, website, or twitter feed (see below); to organizing sessions at the annual meeting; to proposing other ways that we can come together outside of the annual AOM meeting.  ONE is now entering the next phase of its evolution as a leading community of teachers, scholars and individuals committed to integrating the organizations-natural environment nexus into our intellectual, professional and personal lives.  We need your help in ensuring the next phase of our development is as successful as the last.  If you have ideas on how we can better serve our current membership or suggestions on how we might broaden our reach to include new members, please pass those along.

Below are some resources and channels for communication, feedback, and broader contributions.  We encourage you to consider how you might get even more involved with ONE, working together to continue the important journey we began 20 years ago.

Thanks again for your involvement, engagement, and commitment to ONE.

    Jonathan Doh

ONE Division Chair (on behalf of ONE Executive Team)
