    Dear Colleagues,

Bard's National Climate Seminar kicks off this Wednesday with Dr. Robert Costanza, Australian National University, discussing his proposal "Claim The Sky: Solving The Climate Common Property Challenge".  Dial-in at noon eastern, NOTE NEW NUMBER: 845-746-2287, with no code.

On October 7, the National Power Dialog formally launches with a conversation led by Dr. Dallas Burtraw, Senior Researcher at Resources for the Future. The Power Dialog will support 10,000 students, next April, to engage in face-to-face dialog with state-level regulators in all fifty states. Hundreds of faculty will take their classes on coordinated field trips to their state capitols. Organizing teams of faculty, students and staff are already forming in over a dozen states. Sign up here to receive more information about this teaching, learning and engagement opportunity.
