ONE Division Treasurer is appointed by the Division Chairperson every three years in consultation with the ONE Executive Committee. The Treasurer is responsible for maintenance of all Division financial records in accordance with Academy of Management guidelines. Duties include:
Draft and monitor budgets, expense reports, and other financial data
Receive and give receipts for monies due and payable to the ONE division
Make payments in a timely manner
Develop and/or update fundraising plan
Identify and build relationships with potential donors
Secure commitments from donors
If possible, attend a group meeting with Treasurers at the AOM Meeting on Sunday, Aug 7, 2016, noon-1 pm, at Anaheim Convention Center in 203A and schedule an a one-on-one meeting with the AOM headquarter Finance staff.
