Sustainability Faculty Hiring Initiative at Michigan Tech

Michigan Tech is looking to hire 10 new faculty (3 endowed chairs, 7
other junior or senior positions) this year in sustainability and I
would dearly love for one or more of the hires to be in business (any
field) or environmental economics. The School of Business & Economics
at MTU just hired six new faculty, including an environmental economist,
and at our recent retreat the faculty agreed that sustainability will be
a key focus for the SBE as well as Michigan Tech. We currently have
several faculty working in the area of sustainability in organizational
theory/behavior and supply chain and operations management, as well as
natural resource and environmental economics. You can view our website
    at www.sbe.mtu.edu

I've attached the ads (pdf and word files attached) and the website for
    the initiative is at http://www.mtu.edu/sfhi/hiring/.

If you have any questions, let feel free to email me. I am on the
    steering committee for this initiative.

    Sincerely,

    C
