    A growing number of companies have embarked on ambitious sustainability initiatives in the world's transition to an eco- economy. This All-Academy symposium brings together practicing sustainability leaders from various key industries to discuss the challenges that arise. It will stimulate research agendas that cut across AOM divisions and interest groups including strategy, operations, organizational behavior, organizational change and development, human resources, technology and innovation, entrepreneurship, social issues in management, management consulting, and organizations and the natural environment.
