Bruce and Others,
I would suggest looking at the Aspen Institutes site for Beyond Grey Pinstripes ...
http://www.beyondgreypinstripes.org/index.cfm
The site is searchable by schools, faculty, and topic with the ability to download syllabi by topic. The posted syllabi are from the last round of the BGP report, so they will be dated by a year or two but you can then find and benchmark other AACSB schools to show what they are doing.

Subject: Examples of graduate strategy syllabi using sustainability
Greetings,
Once again, I could use your help. As discussed in a previous thread, my management is questioning the degree to which I incorporate sustainability into my graduate strategy class. It would help me tremendously if I could identify another syllabus from an AACSB school (management's request) that also addresses sustainability. I would be glad to summarize my results for anyone interested. I will attach my syllabus. Thank you.
Bruce
