Over the next few years EPA’s new GHGs regulations will place a HUGE
cost burden on US businesses, large and small alike, including
universities/colleges, medical centers/hospitals, and municipalities,
among other sectors. *Many facilities MUST begin to comply with new GHG
rules as of January, or Phase 2 as of July 1^st .*
Our speaker, is a renowned international climate change (GHG/CO2) and
Clean Air Act expert, who until recently, *_served as EPA Chief Legal
Counsel, supervising 350 EPA_ _attorney's_*,
while representing the Agency _before the Supreme Court on six Supreme
Court decisions; *including Massachusetts v. EPA*_, (wherein the Court's
findings established the legal framework that EPA
