    Dear colleagues,

    This is to kindly let you know that beginning in January 2012, the DLGS has
    announced *eight Doctoral Fellowships* *for three years* as the third cohort
    of the Graduate School. The *DLGS –* *Dresden Leibniz Graduate School* is a
    Dresden/Germany based joint activity of the Leibniz Institute of Ecological
    Urban and Regional Development, Dresden (IOER), the Technische Universität
    Dresden (TUD), and the Academy for Spatial Research and Planning, Hanover
    (ARL). This DLGS cohort is oriented towards urban and regional resilience.
    Doctoral students focus on new concepts for managing change for sustainable
    urban and regional development. Details about possible research lines and

    graduates in Spatial Planning (including City and Regional Planning, Urban
