ACEEE is a great organization and puts on very useful conferences. They
make you pay for registration even if you're selected to speak, but if
history is any guide I can attest that the level of discourse makes it
worthwhile.

THE BECC CONFERENCE is the first national conference focused on
understanding the behavior and decision making of individuals and
organizations and on using that knowledge to help accelerate our
transition to an energy-efficient and low-carbon economy. It is being
convened by ACEEE, the California Institute for Energy and Environment,
University of California and the Precourt Institute for Energy
