    Dear ONE Colleagues, 

     

    Please find below the announcement for the Deming Center's Cleantech Innovation Challenge.  This is our second year of this competition (formerly known as the Sustainable Venturing Business Plan Competition).  Cash prizes of $25,000 go to the winners, along with a berth for the top clean energy venture at NREL's Industry Growth Forum.  Please note the deadline for intent to compete forms is November 3rd.  Hope to see you in Boulder for this and the other events associated with the Sustainable Opportunities Week!  Apologies for cross-postings.

    November 3, 2006
    Intent to Compete submission deadline, 5 p.m.

    January 12, 2007
    Business plans due by 5 p.m.

    January 26, 2007
    Qualifying entrants notified that they have passed the screening round and are invited to the competition.

    February 16, 2007
    Final versions of plans due by 5 p.m.

    February 28, 2007
    Registration and Opening Reception

    March 1, 2007
    Preliminary Round - Cleantech Innovation Challenge

    March 2, 2007
