Welcome from the Chair

Welcome to the interactive AOM Connect website of the Organizations and the Natural Environment (ONE) Division of the Academy of Management.

The ONE Division is a group of scholars that study, teach and engage with business and policymakers on a wide variety of topics related to environmental sustainability. What brings us together is a strong belief that the management discipline has much to contribute in creating a better understanding of the relation between organizations and the natural environment. However, we don’t intend to stop there. Through engagement, we also help businesses find solutions to address the most pressing sustainability issues of our time such as climate change, biodiversity, water scarcity and various types of environmental pollution.

On this website you can find a wealth of resources in the form of discussions, teaching syllabi, workshop and conference announcements, calls for papers, job announcements, etc. As it is an interactive AOM Connect website, get engaged and contribute to the conversation. I look forward to seeing rich discussions develop here on how we as management scholars can help tackling corporate sustainability issues.
