together with co-authors I am gathering unpublished (quantitative) work to be included in a meta-analysis on the effects of corporate sustainability / CSR on (potential) employees and managers. We are specifically interested in effects on the individual level (e.g., job satisfaction, engagement, commitment or any other individual-level construct).
We would greatly appreciate your help locating unpublished data to include. Please email us (
ruediger.hahn@hhu.de) any (quantitative) papers or data that you think could inform our review of the effects of any form of sustainability / CSR on employees, potential employees, and managers. This includes unpublished papers, student projects, conference presentations (abstracts, papers, posters), and dissertations. If applicable, you can already send a title page and indicate the status of the manuscript (e.g. working paper, conference papers) so that we may cite the authors correctly.
