The 2026 edition of the textbook “Management: Financial, Social, and Ecological Well-Being” is available as an Open Educational Resource (OER), meaning it is free to students. Each chapter in the book, which can be used in Management Principles courses, presents the chapter material from three different management approaches: Financial Bottom Line, Triple Botton Line, and Social and Ecological Thought. The book has been peer-reviewed and class-tested with over 2000 students in 5 schools. It comes with a wealth of student resources (e.g., each chapter has an animation video, interactive questions, chatbot, and an interactive podcast) and instructor resources (e.g., slide deck, test bank) that are all available at no cost.
