The School of Management & Marketing at Western Illinois University's College of Business and Technology has two searches beginning. One is for a School Director (department chair) and the other is for a faculty member whose duties, at least for the next few years, would be primarily in teaching the capstone Strategy course at the undergraduate and MBA levels.
Candidates for the Strategy position should be able to teach in two additional areas, including Principles of Management, OB, OT, HRM, International Management, Entrepreneurship, Ethics/CSR, and/or Sustainable Business.
The School of Management and Marketing includes faculty from Management, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources Management, Operations Management, Business Law and Organizational Communications.
