The Department of Management at CUNEF Universidad in Madrid, Spain, invites applications for tenure-track Assistant Professor positions in Strategy starting in September 2027. Successful candidates are expected to hold, or be close to completing, a Ph.D. from an accredited institution, conduct high-quality original research and publish in leading peer-reviewed journals, teach effectively at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and contribute actively to the intellectual life of the department and the university.
The Department of Management is a collegial, innovative, and multidisciplinary community of twenty-five full-time scholars committed to excellence in research and teaching. The department has grown rapidly over the past four years, creating an environment defined by upward mobility and close collaboration. Faculty conduct research across four main areas (strategy, marketing, operations, and organizational behavior) with a shared interest in innovation and technology cutting across all of them. Our faculty publish regularly in leading academic journals, including Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, Journal of Management, Journal of Marketing, Journal of Operations Management, Management Science, Human Resource Management and Research Policy.
