Join us at the AOM2026 Professional Development Workshop (PDW) on Organizational Response to Climate Change: Advancing Research and Impact, sponsored by the ONE Division.
Now in our second year, this interactive workshop will feature expert panel discussions, dynamic Q&A sessions, and small-group research roundtables where you can discuss your work-in-progress with other scholars in the field.

Part I: Sharing Insights with Panelists: Jorge Rivera (GWU), Magali Delmas (UCLA), Pete Tashman (UMass Lowell), and Brooke Lahneman (Montana State); Facilitated by Lonneke Weterings (RSM)
Part II: Table discussion (smaller group discussion based on insights from the panel)
Part III (registration required): Developing research ideas (participants will discuss their research ideas and obstacles in small groups, facilitated by the panelists and organizers)
