    Join us at the #AOM2026 Professional Development Workshop (#PDW) on Organizational Response to Climate Change: Advancing Research and Impact, sponsored by the ONE Division, AOM.

    Now in our second year, this interactive workshop will feature expert panel discussions, dynamic Q&A sessions, and small-group research roundtables where you can discuss your work-in-progress with other scholars in the field.

    Part II: Table discussion (smaller group discussion based on insights from the panel)

    Part III (*pre-registration required*): Developing research ideas (participants will discuss their research ideas and obstacles in small groups, facilitated by the panelists and organizers, including Pablo Izurieta, Emma Lu, and Wenjie Liu)
