Hello! This is a reminder that on Wednesday April 29th (9-10am US Mountain Daylight Time), we'll host Dr. Rory Padfield (University of Leeds) to discuss their work on corporations' use of digital geospatial mapping tools in palm oil supply chains, to enhance transparency (or not) about sustainability efforts. This event will be recorded. Please see the attached flyer for more information.

**Please register for this webinar on Zoom with this link.***

The Sustainable Enterprises Initiative (SEI) and Institute on Ecosystems (IOE) at Montana State University are co-hosting this interdisciplinary webinar series.

This session is the 3rd in a 3-part series related to the 'land system change' planetary boundary, defined as "The transformation of natural landscapes, such as through deforestation and urbanization, disrupts habitats and biodiversity and diminishes ecological functions like carbon sequestration and moisture recycling." (Stockholm Resilience Center, 2025).

This is the final webinar for this academic year. Stay tuned for more session next fall on planetary boundaries such as oceans & the blue economy, PFAS (novel entities & 'forever chemicals'), freshwater systems, interdisciplinary collaboration, and more.

Looking forward to seeing you on Zoom on April 29th!

    Sarah Church, MSU IOE
