    JOB OFFER FOR A RESEARCH POSITION ON THE EFFECTS OF STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP ON SUSTAINABLE PERFORMANCE
    As part of the research activities of our "Interdisciplinary Research Center on Sustainability and Climate", Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna (Pisa, Italy) a selection has been launched for the assignment of a research position according to Art. 22-ter of Law 240/2010.

    The position falls within the Scientific Disciplinary Group 13/ECON-07 – Business Economics and Management and the Scientific Disciplinary Sector ECON-07/A – Business Economics and Management.

    The title of the research project in which the selected candidate will collaborate is:
    "The effects of female strategic leadership on sustainable performance."

    The activity will involve supporting the adoption of a causal approach to study the impact of female strategic leadership on the sustainable performance of firms operating in different countries. The tasks will include data collection and analysis, conducting interviews with members of companies' top management, and participation in dissemination activities.

    The position is funded under the project:
    LEAD – The effects of strategic femaLE leADership on sustainable performance, Young Researcher Call – D.D. 201 of July 3, 2024 – CUP J53C24004980007 – MSCA2024_0000067, with Dr. Maria Rosa De Giacomo (mariarosa.degiacomo@santannapisa.it) as Scientific Coordinator.

     The duration of the contract is 24 months.
