We are looking for papers relating to how people, artefacts, and materials shape organizational life.
Research adopting a practice-based lens - whether through SAP, Bourdieu's praxeology, sociomateriality, ethnography, ethnomethodology, phenomenology or routine studies are welcome.
Together, we'll explore how diverse practice traditions can enrich our understanding of materiality in organizing - especially in the face of new technologies, hybrid work, and evolving organizational realities.
