By now, you will likely have received the formal notification announcing the results of our recent election. I wanted to take a moment to follow up and congratulate our newly elected team members and to extend heartfelt thanks to all who continue to make this community thrive. Your dedication is the engine of our division. Without you, the work we do simply wouldn't happen. I'm deeply grateful for your service and enthusiasm.

We also have a few transitions within our Executive Team:
- Sara Soderstrom will move into the Chair role-our division is in excellent hands under her capable leadership.
- Kai Hockerts will become Chair-elect after an outstanding year organizing the 2025 program in his hometown of Copenhagen.
- Oana Branzei will transition into the Program Chair role following a successful term as PDW Chair. Oana will lead the development of next year's program for the Philadelphia conference.
- Todd Schifeling joins the team as our new PDW Chair and will be working closely with Oana on the PDW program for Philly.
- Martina Linnenluecke will be stepping down from the Executive Team-thank you, Martina, for a great five years of service to ONE!
- I will be moving into the Past Chair role, supporting next year's nominations and election cycle. I look forward to working closely with the Membership Team and all of you to continue our process of ONE renewal.
