Using this approach, individuals or entities serving as transformation catalysts work to organize other initiatives and entities currently operating in under-organized contexts to organize themselves into purposeful transformation systems. This process-based approach involves catalysts working to connect, cohere, and amplify the work of existing initiatives for greater impact and effectiveness.
