I always have by Managing Organizations for Sustainability class do a final group project which I periodically change around. In an effort to build marketable skills, and since I'm teaching the course both Fall and Spring, I'm going to have my students research and write up a Campus Sustainability Report. I've got the support of our Facilities Management director who is co-chair of our University Sustainability Committee.
Has anyone ever tried doing this with a class? Can you point me to someone who has? Thanks in advance for any suggestions or resources.
