How can we reimagine the relationship between organizations and the natural world? We invite all scholars interested in sustainability, climate change, biodiversity, and nature to join us in Copenhagen to discuss:
(1) Organization-nature divide: How can we go beyond the organization-nature divide in our research, both conceptually and empirically?
(2) More-than-human actors: How can we reassemble the more-than-human actors when studying different organizational phenomena?
(3) Scale and scaling: How can we reconceptualize scale and scaling in management and organization research and education?
(4) Business strategy and biodiversity: How can and should we, as management and organization researchers, contribute to tackling the biodiversity crisis?

Workshop Format
The session begins with short presentations from our panelists (open to all), followed by interactive roundtable discussions where participants can engage directly with the panelists to discuss work-in-progress and develop ideas.
