    Dear SIM/ONE colleagues,

    The Social Issues in Management (SIM) Division (primary sponsor) and the Organizations and the Natural Environment (ONE) Division invite applications for the 2026 SIM–ONE Junior Faculty Consortium (JFC) at AOM 2026 in Philadelphia.

    Event date: Saturday, August 1, 2026

    Application deadline: April 30, 2026

    Notification of decisions: Mid-May 2026

    About the Consortium

    The SIM–ONE JFC is designed for early-career scholars conducting research on social and/or environmental issues in management. Participants will receive in-depth feedback, build a mentoring community, and connect with peers across institutions and countries.

    What participants can expect

    • One-on-one mentoring and detailed feedback on a current project
    • Interactive panels and roundtables on publishing, career strategy, and impact-oriented scholarship
    • Candid conversations about early-career challenges
    • A supportive, collegial network that extends beyond AOM

    Who should apply?

    • Scholars within 5 years of their first faculty appointment, or current postdocs 
    • Actively engaged in SIM- and/or ONE-related research

    Application materials

    1.     CV

    2.     Brief motivation letter (please indicate your primary AOM division and 3–5 keywords representing your research interests)

    3.     A working manuscript (<35 pages) that you are preparing for publication (sole-authored or co-authored paper you lead; not already accepted or published)
