    Dear Colleagues,

Excited to announce this upcoming symposium on organizational purpose and climate leadership in an age of increasing polarization at this year's AOM Meeting in Copenhagen!

Having an organizational purpose that goes beyond profit maximization is fundamental to tackle global crises such as climate change. Yet, the increasing geopolitical tensions and societal polarization pose challenges for organizations to transform towards climate leadership. Come and join us for an engaged discussion on research frontiers on organizational purpose, polarization, and impactful scholarship.

We are honored to be joined by a distinguished panel of experts: Rodolphe Durand (HEC Paris), Marya Besharov (Oxford University, Saïd Business School), Nathania Chua (WU Vienna), and Chang Wa Huynh (ESCP Business School)

    📅 When: Monday, July 28, 2025,  1:45 PM – 3:15 PM

    📍 Where: Bella Center, Hall B - B2-m3

    Warm regards,

    Your symposium organizers
