As we face an unprecedented polycrisis threatening planetary boundaries, our new book "Sustainable Strategic Management: A Coevolutionary Perspective" explores how organizations must fundamentally transform their relationship with natural systems. We argue that Gaia's self-regulating mechanisms are actively constraining human expansion, requiring businesses to embrace a new consciousness of Oneness that transcends traditional stakeholder capitalism. The book presents a coevolutionary framework for Sustainable Strategic Management (SSM) that aligns organizational strategy with ecological imperatives.
