    Colleagues,

     

    I missed Gronen, but I am just back from 2 separate sessions with PhD students at EPFL and Bocconi.  In both places I was told that my paper with Luca in the AOM Annals had inspired their research, but also heard complaints that it was impossible to find.  To make matters easier, I have posted it on my website.
